5. Language and export privacy

Five interface languages are available: English, German, French, Spanish and Czech. The typography registry has 43 language/regional choices plus neutral, and a separate automatic paragraph-language mode. These counts do not promise identical rule coverage or independent editorial certification across all languages.

Document analysis stays local. To activate your license, use License → Activate license, choose the provider shown in your key email and confirm an Active status. See Chapter 3 of the User Manual for help.

Export minimization differs by action. Single-document diagnostic JSON omits document names and source text; Publication JSON includes document/publication labels while omitting source text and raw style/master names. Colour maps contain style paths, and Copy last issue retains the actual warning/error message. Review each before sending it outside the team.
