Moving from 1.1 to 2.0

2. What changes

Avellio 1.1 documentation Current Avellio 2.0 workflow

Inspect Styles / Inspect Typography tracks White Space / Styles / Typography areas sharing one queue
Legacy Fix Plan and Safe Clean terminology Contextual Preview fix, constrained solver and eligible single-property style reset
Typography CSV, Override CSV, Fix TXT Privacy-safe comprehensive diagnostic JSON and Publication aggregate report
Seven old workflow profiles Six current built-in inspection profiles plus custom/local/imported team standards
AUTO + 34 legacy locale profiles Current automatic resolver plus 44 registry entries, including neutral

Additional 2.0 workflows include separate identity/frequency/override maps, transferable matching style colours, protected team-profile custom copies and a one-proposal-per-story solver review queue. Read the current manual's reference chapters instead of treating those controls as the old 1.1 heatmap or bulk-cleanup commands.

The single-document diagnostic export minimizes document identity, but Publication reports include document names for drill-down and colour-map transfers include style group paths. Review the actual export contract before sharing. Eligible overset repair can expand a terminal frame in a live preview while preserving its paragraph typography.

These are workflow mappings, not a promise that old settings, rule IDs, reports or cleanup commands transfer one-to-one. The 26 current typography rule IDs are not the old 43-report-identifier contract.

Typography advice in the source edition

The new inspector explains all 26 rules and can show a narrowly justified replacement. This is reading assistance, not the old Safe Clean workflow. Use Found, Suggested and Text locale, review meaning, then edit deliberately and rescan. Advice based on an observed pattern does not establish correctness.
