18. Reports, privacy and support material
Use the report export in Logs for a comprehensive diagnostic JSON report copied to the clipboard. Publication has a separate aggregate report. The old 1.1 Typography CSV / Override CSV / Fix TXT workflow must not be assumed to describe the current panel.
The single-document diagnostic exporter omits document names, paths, source text, word lists, sensitive snippets and free-form log details. It retains technical evidence such as the plugin/build, scan provenance, included modules, aggregate findings, structured diagnostics and timing information. A retained pre-Apply report may be available only for its matching active document; it is not a new post-change audit.
Other exports have different privacy boundaries. Publication includes document names and the publication label. Colour maps include style names/group paths. Copy last issue copies the actual warning/error message. None of these should be treated as identical to the minimized single-document JSON. Review their content and any screenshot before sharing.
Document analysis runs locally. For activation, follow Chapter 3 and read the privacy information available in the License panel. A screenshot or document you voluntarily send can disclose more than the privacy-safe exporter. Review all attachments before sharing and mask license keys. Do not use a generated manual as a replacement for the bundled privacy notice or purchase terms.
