21. Delivery checklist and accepted boundaries

Before final export:

  1. Finish or revert any live preview.
  2. Run a fresh inspection with the intended scope, modules, profile and locale policy.
  3. Review remaining high-priority findings and deliberate exceptions.
  4. Clear owned issue marks or the Style Map and verify source text remains visible.
  5. Check overset, threading, tables, footnotes and other omitted structures manually.
  6. Run InDesign Preflight and human editorial/design review.
  7. Save the intended document version, retain any required privacy-safe report, and export using the publication's PDF preset.

Recorded macOS acceptance covers the frozen 2.0.5 installed package and ordinary-document workflows. The newer Typography recommendations have source and automated evidence; their installed-panel validation is pending. It does not grant transparent downgrade support, every-settings retention or final public release approval. These boundaries are part of the documentation rather than hidden assumptions.
