4. Review one finding

Read Results from to confirm what was actually inspected. Switch between White Space, Styles and Typography: these are views over one shared findings queue, not three automatic new scans.

Select one relevant finding and read its explanation, severity, context and proposed action. Start with a clearly understood example. Dismiss this occurrence records a review decision without changing text. Advanced reviewed/addressed/category-exception controls are under Professional details and can be restricted by team policy.

Zero visible rows can mean a filter, excluded module, dismissed findings or omitted coverage. It is not, by itself, proof that the whole document is clean.

For Typography, read Found, Suggested when present, and Text locale. Review in context supplies advice without a replacement. The card has not changed your text. Verify meaning before editing in InDesign and inspect again afterwards.
