6. Make a correction only when justified

For an eligible composition finding, use Preview fix or its supported Explore path. Read the Before/After evidence and whether the preview is panel-only or live. Revert discards a live preview; Apply keeps the selected supported change after revalidation. Do not edit another target while a live preview is active.

For an eligible exact style override, Preview reset changes only the supported property. Inspect the document, then choose Apply or Revert. It is not a command to clear every override or edit the style definition.

No supported candidate is a valid outcome. Correct a manual-only typographic issue deliberately in InDesign instead of expecting the 1.1 Safe Clean interface to exist unchanged.
