Understand the safety model

Avellio separates evidence from action:

Layer	What it does	Document effect
Inspection	Finds and classifies possible issues.	Reads document content and structure; can add diagnostics when requested.
Fix Plan	Explains candidate safety and routing.	No correction by itself.
Safe Clean	Applies only supported, guarded, previewed low-ambiguity corrections.	Changes text in an undoable batch when verification succeeds.
Review Queue	Presents contextual candidates individually.	Changes only the item you explicitly approve.
Manual Only	Keeps intent-sensitive decisions with the user.	Avellio does not execute the correction.

The six Safe Clean action families are removal of trailing spaces, replacement of double spaces, removal of spaces before punctuation, replacement of exact three-dot ellipses, replacement of guarded numeric-range hyphens, and insertion of a non-breaking space in supported number-unit pairs.

Ambiguous quotation pairing, date order, numeric separator conventions, currency placement, abbreviations, style drift, faux small caps, and layout breaks remain review-led or manual.
